Investment: $65–$85 per session, depending on training frequency. More sessions = better results = better rate.

I use NASM Corrective Exercise protocols to assess your movement patterns and identify what's actually causing the problem. Most pain isn't random—it's your body compensating for dysfunction somewhere else. Once I find it, I build a program specifically designed to fix it.
