21 Years in Fitness
Fitness is in my blood.
I grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in a family that lived and breathed fitness. My father has been in the industry for over 35 years. My brother, 20 years. I spent 15 years playing baseball—as a left-handed pitcher, which sounds great until you realize what throwing thousands of pitches from one side does to your body.
After high school, I moved to Dallas to start my own career in fitness. I spent 7 years pursuing my certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), eventually specializing in Corrective Exercise. That specialization wasn't an accident—it came directly from my own experience with injury and the frustration of knowing something was wrong but not understanding how to fix it.
My injury changed everything.
I know what it's like to be in so much pain you can't get out of bed.
When my back gave out, I had a choice: let it define me, or let it redirect me. I chose to go deeper. I studied human movement. I learned how dysfunction in one area creates compensation in another. I figured out how to fix my own body—and in the process, I avoided surgeries that seemed inevitable.
Today, at 40, I'm in the best shape of my life. Not because I pushed through the pain, but because I learned to move correctly. That's what I want to help you do.

3-Step Corrective Exercise Process
3-Step Corrective Exercise Process
-

Step 1: Assess
I start by watching how you move — your posture, mobility, stability, and control. This tells me where the dysfunction is and what's actually causing your pain or limiting your performance.
-

Step 2: Identify
I pinpoint the root cause, not just the symptom. That nagging knee pain? It might be starting in your hip. The goal is to find what's really going on so we fix it for good.
-

Step 3: Build
I design a program specifically for you, one that retrains your movement patterns and strengthens what needs support. And I adjust it as your body changes.
I work with people who are recovering from injuries, trying to prevent future ones, or just tired of feeling like their body is working against them.
My goal is simple: help you move without pain, train your body without fear, and feel strong in your own body again.
